Strength training designed for real life — whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, returning after time away, postpartum, or looking to build a stronger foundation alongside your wellness goals.

This online programming includes 3 structured workouts per week tailored to your experience level, lifestyle, and available equipment.

 

Options are available for:

  • home workouts with minimal equipment

  • full gym programming

  • beginner to advanced training

With a background in nursing, personal training, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and strength coaching, Claire combines performance-focused training with a realistic, sustainable approach to health and recovery.

This program is ideal for those looking to:

  • build strength and confidence

  • improve energy and consistency

  • support healthy body composition goals

  • create structure and accountability

  • supplement GLP-1 or wellness therapy with resistance training

You’ll also have direct communication with Claire for guidance, questions, modifications, and ongoing support throughout your program.
